Unfortunately there are entities who scan through public record and send mailings to anyone who recently recorded a deed. These mailings may appear as though they are sent from Priority Lending. We do not solicit any further information from our customers after closing. Currently, there is no legislation which exists to defer these practices. You may receive a call from someone claiming to be with Priority Lending but they are not. Call Your loan officer or processor directly.
